Please reference our order for wristwatches which was placed on October 1, and due for delivery in November, order No FT-678.

We have instructed First Commercial Bank, Taipei, to open an irrevocable documentary letter of credit for US$3,500; this will be confirmed by our banker's correspondence.

We suggest payment be made on presentation of document against irrevocable credit in our name, through the Bank of Taiwan, Taipei. The Chase Manhattan Bank, Inc., San Francisco, will accept your draft on them 30 days, for-the amount of your invoice. The credit is valid until December 20.

Bill of Lading (full sets)

Commercial Invoice (four copies)

Insurance Policy (one)

The prices you quoted were C.I.F. Keelung. The amount of our credit will cover the amount of your invoice, freight and insurance.
